A delicate, nutty tokubetsu junmai shipped in a fresh spring style from Yuki Shuzo (est:1854). Sake brewed by a female toji who is weaving a yarn of hope that her sake may help revive the town.
Tasting notes: Steamed rice, malt, barley, hay, banana bread, orange, ripe banana and hints of cotton candy, freshly cut grass and chestnut. The palate is superbly balanced with well integrated alcohol. Medium body but quite light for a TJ. Exits with a super crisp short finish.
